QuickClinic's nurse
practitioners and physician assistants are educated and certified
to diagnose and prescribe medication when necessary and to
refer patients with more complex conditions to their physician
or the emergency room. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants
can treat minor illnesses, perform screenings and administer
